I love my private section with a large open green space overlooking the valley, it's a sun trap flowing out from the kitchen.

My best features are two good-sized bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area and large windows to capture lots of light. I have a drive on carport.

I'm zoned for Te Aro School and both Wellington College and Wellington Girls College.
