50 Hall Street Newtown, Wellington City

That's the sound of opportunity! Here's your chance to leap forward in the monopoly game of life with a property that needs work (and lots of it!) in a sought after location. Currently configured a four bedroom dwelling with a separate unit at the rear that has been used as sleeping quarters in the past. Yes, this 1900's beauty probably has the song Glory Days playing on repeat in the lounge, but there's every chance you can revive those heydays and set yourself up for the future in the process.

Positioned on a corner site in the ever popular Newtown with parks, public transport, hospitals, the City to Sea walkway and supermarket all close by and zoned for Wellington College, Wellington East Girls, Wellington High and Newtown School.

Make no mistake, 50 Hall Street is here to be sold, our owner is ready to go and wants to see a sold sticker going up on Tender Day - so now it's up to you!

Bring your builder, bring your toolbelt and bring your imagination because opportunity doesn't knock any LOUDER than this!
